6. PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders through the online store www.sexshop.gr are distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as in force today) and the amendments mentioned in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A 116 / 16.05.2003) and Decision 31619 GG 969 / 22.3.2017 and the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13 / EEC and Directive 1 999/44 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577 / EEC and Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, published in the Official Journal of the European Union, L 304, 22.11.2011 as in force on 13/06/2014.
The user has the right to complete a valid order through the online store, provided that he is over 18 years of age and legally competent, in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (eg does not have legal support in concluding a sale contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The Company reserves the right to demand the return of any orders made by the Supervisor or the Guardian from incompetent persons, despite the express prohibition on the part of the Company.
7. PURCHASE ORDER THROUGH THE E-SHOP
7.1 ORDER CONDITIONS
To place an online order at www.sexshop.gr you need to:
• Complete the special form with the necessary information for the completion of the sales contract.
• Unconditionally accept of the terms of the contract of sale and the terms of use, in particular the collection and where necessary the use of personal data.
On every product page of the online store www.sexshop.gr and next to every product available for purchase, there is the button ADD TO CART. Navigate to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to buy.
When you are done adding products, press the Shopping Cart button at the top right of your screen. In order to be able to order you do not need to be a registered user of www.sexshop.gr, but we would advise you to register at www.sexshop.gr, as the whole process of any future use of the online store will be much easier. Fill in the form with your e-mail & password you entered when registering and login to the registered users site.
You do not have to be a registered user to place an order at sexshop.gr, however if you want to create an account there are some links on your shopping cart page.
Ordering process
The order is completed in 2 steps.
On the first step, fill in the shipping details.
At this point you can receive the order at your home or at specific pickup points in your area (where available). This is necessary before moving on to the next step. After calculating the shipping cost, press the CONTINUE ORDER button, which will take us to the 2nd step.
In step 2 you choose the payment method. This gives you the option to pay with:
1) Cash On Delivery Additional charge 2 € (cash only),
2) Credit card,
3) Deposit to a bank account (selecting this option you will be shown our available bank accounts),
4) through PayPal.
Depending on the payment method you choose, the corresponding form will also load.
In order to complete the order, you will be asked to accept the website’s Terms of Use that we recommend you read before completing your order by pressing the COMPLETE ORDER button. You have the opportunity to make one last review of your order before completing it.
As your order is being processed and if you are already a member of the site you can visit the "My Orders" section to keep up with the progress of your order. The order progress stages are as follows:
"Order Placement": Your order has been registered.
"Order Dispatched": The products of the order have been collected and have been dispatched for shipment to your place.
"Arrival of order at your city’s courier agency (if available)": The order's products have arrived at your city's courier station and will soon be at your place.
"Order Delivered": The products of the order have been delivered to your place or agency of your choice.

7.3 ORDER CONFIRMATION / INFORMATION
The customer is informed through the Website by the Company prior to the completion of the order on the identity and address of the supplier, the essential features of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the method of payment and delivery, and the time of delivery.

8. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS:
STANDARD SHIPPING WITH COURIER
• All orders are executed on the same day as they are registered in our system until 16:00.
• Orders are shipped daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, to the address you have indicated.
• Delivery time is 1-2 days (inaccessible areas 2-3 days).
Shipping options:
• Delivery of the order to your place or stay of the parcel at the nearest COURIER branch. In both cases you will be informed beforehand via SMS by the courier.
• Delivery on Saturday. Delivery for Saturday should be mentioned in the comments of your order, (eg “I would like delivery on Saturday”). Extra charge 2 €.

9. REFUNDS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Return Policy
The terms and conditions described in this Policy apply to all products purchased from the Company's online store at www.sexshop.gr.
Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 calendar days with your receipt, your order form, order confirmation mail and proof of payment. For any refund you should first contact us at info@sexshop.gr or 2310510420.

If you cannot return the products you purchased from the Company's online store (www.sexshop.gr) yourself, our ACS COURIER partner companies or GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI can return them for you at an extra charge. Shipping your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.
Whichever way you choose to request a refund, the refund request will take effect from the date you submit your refund request.
The products you want to return should - for obvious reasons of hygiene - be intact, with the packaging completely closed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. You agree to take care of the status of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until you deliver them to our stores or to our partner courier agents.
If the goods are not returned within 14 days then the Company may refuse to accept any refund or replacement. In any event, the maximum time-limit for return for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Except for the rights provided by the Return Policy, in all cases all rights applicable to consumers are governed by existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising out of the terms of the product warranty.
Transportation of returned products
In case you wish to return the goods due to a change of mind, you are charged the cost of returning the products. Receipt of returned products will only be possible from the address you indicated in your original order.
Refund of returned products
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount that corresponds to the value of the goods you returned in the same way you did the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal) unless you require another way.
The refund of the returned products will be refunded as soon as possible. In any event, this will be done after you have informed us in writing of the request for the return of the products and we accept their return and if the products have been delivered to our partner courier.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

ADDITIONAL TERMS
A) We do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may be incurred by the manufacturer.
B) We do not provide repair services. We do not have spare parts other than those provided by some manufacturers.
C) We do not accept changes to lingerie or clothing that have been tampered with and / or used.
D) In case of proven defective product we will handle the shipping costs.
E) If the product to be returned does not (a) prove to be defective, (b) is found to have been used, or (c) its packaging has been destroyed, it shall be returned to the purchaser at the expense of shipping.
F) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or money.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
• Force Majeure: If due to force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver the products within the prescribed time we will notify you by e-mail to let us know if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. The Company bears no responsibility for any matter that is beyond its own responsibility and will do its best to serve you.
• In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that a (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the details required to dispatch the products you did not receive without no extra charge.
• Modification of the terms herein: www.sexshop.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the trading terms and conditions. The Company undertakes the obligation to update this text of any changes or additions to the Terms.
According to Directive 2013/11 / EK, which was incorporated into Greek law by JMD 70330/2015 and Decision 31619 GG 969 / 22.3.2017 (Article 8), the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes is provided by the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure in all European Union.
