Return Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the Company's online store at www.sexshop.gr.

Replacement of defective products

Returns and replacement of proven defective products are accepted within 14 days of receipt at: "INTERNET SALES, 3 Afroditis str., 54629, Thessaloniki". For any refund you should first contact us at info@sexshop.gr or 2310510420.

A defective product is always replaced with the same product and return costs are free.

Please make sure that the product to be replaced is indeed defective, as it will be returned to you at your own expense if it is found to be functional at quality check.

Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 calendar days with your receipt, your order form, order confirmation mail and proof of payment. For any return you should first contact us at info@sexshop.gr or 2310510420.

If you cannot return the products you purchased from the Company's online store (www.sexshop.gr) yourself, our ACS COURIER or GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI courier partners can return them for you at an extra charge. Shipping costs depend on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.

Whichever way you choose to request a refund, the refund request will take effect from the date you submit it.

The products you want to return should - for obvious reasons of hygiene - be intact, with the packaging completely closed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. You agree to take care of the status of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until you deliver them to our shops or to a courier agency.

If they are not returned within 14 days then the Company may refuse to accept any refund or replacement. In any event, the maximum time-limit for return for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Except for the rights provided by the Return Policy, in all cases all rights applicable to consumers are governed by existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising out of the terms of the product warranty.

Shipping of returned products

In case you wish to return the goods due to a change of mind, you are charged the cost of returning the products. Receipt of returned products will only be possible from the address you indicated in your original order.
Credit/debit card refunds or Paypal refunds due to refusal of receipt or due to expiration of upholding at the courier office will be charged returning shipping fees.

Return value of returned products

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount that corresponds to the value of the goods you returned in the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal) unless you otherwise require.

The refund of the returned products will be issued as soon as possible. In any event, this will be done after you have informed us in writing of the request for the return of the products and we accept their return and if the products have been delivered to our partner courier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

(a) Purchase of goods or the provision of services the value of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the period of withdrawal

(b) Purchase of goods which may soon expire

(c) Purchase of lingerie

(d) Purchase of sealed goods which are not eligible for replacement, for health or hygiene reasons, and which have either been unsealed or have, at least partially, been tampered with

(e) Purchase of goods which, by nature, are inextricably interwoven with other elements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

A) We do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may be incurred by the manufacturer.

B) We do not provide repair services. We do not have spare parts other than those provided by some manufacturers.

C) We do not accept changes to lingerie or clothing that have been tampered with and / or used.

D) In ​​case of proven defective product we will handle the shipping costs.

E) If the product to be returned does not (a) prove to be defective, (b) is found to have been used, or (c) its packaging has been destroyed, it shall be returned to the purchaser at the expense of shipping.

F) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or money.
