ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Is everything I see on your site available?
Yes, the products you see on our site are readily available, except in rare cases that is the last piece and someone took it a few moments before we update our stock.
Do you give any guarantee for your products?
We do not provide any warranty for our products unless they are accompanied by the warranty of their manufacturer.
Do you own a service department or spare parts?
No, we do not have a specialized service department and / or spare parts for our sextoys, other than those that can be supplied by the manufacturers.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER
When will you send my order?
We’re open from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the evening of one day are executed the next. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday.
Until what time do I have to place an order to be sure it will be processed the same day?
Orders until 16:00 are processed the same day!
And what about my parcel? Will I get it the same day?
No, unless you live in the prefecture of Thessaloniki and you have indicated to us in the order’s comments that you want a same day delivery. Note: In this case, the standard courier charges will cease to apply.
How long should I wait to get my parcel?
If you live in an urban center on mainland Greece, you will receive your parcel one day from the moment you leave our warehouse. For island Greece or inaccessible areas, you'll need to wait one more day or two.
Can I get my parcel myself from the courier?
Of course, there is a choice when completing your order.
Can I pick up my parcel from an Eros store?
Of course you can also pick up at Eros Megastores at Afroditis 3str, the same day if your order is made until 16:00.
I've received an order number. Is this the parcel number?
This is the ID of your order. Your parcel has its own code that will be sent to you by SMS upon arrival at your local courier.
Why have I not yet received an SMS with my parcel number?
Perhaps because it has not yet reached its destination or simply instead of a mobile phone number in your order, you have declared a landline.
How can I check the status of my order?
On the top and right on the main page of our site, click on "Order Search". Type your order ID to check the status of your order.
I've made an order over 50€, why didn't I receive a gift?
You are eligible for a gift when you exceed 50€ in total purchases. The gift is selected by you during checkout, it is not automatically placed. There is a relevant link underneath each product, in your shoping cart, as well as a permanent link to our gift list at the bottom of our page.

Does the parcel I will receive display your company logo?
No, we do not use corporate logos on our parcels.
Do you have discreet packaging?
We are known for our extremely discreet packaging. Your products come in a well-sealed carton without any distinctive logos on it.
Apart from you, does anyone else know of what I have ordered?
Apart for us who process your order and handle your parcel, it is impossible for anyone else to know what is contained in the parcel you receive.
Will the courier open my parcel?
No, the courier and its employees have absolutely no right to open any parcels.
Will you tell anyone what I ordered?
No, we have no right and no reason to tell anyone what you bought.
How will you handle my personal information?
Your information is kept confidential only for accounting and tax purposes.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?
Yes.
Is there an extra charge for cash on delivery?
Yes, extra charges are 2.95 euro.
What other payment methods do you have?
Bank deposit and credit card payment through the Vivapaymens system.
Also all courier offices are equipped with POS machines.

ABOUT CHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I add or remove products to an order I've made?
You can, as long as we have not already processed your order.
I did not like what I received, can I return it?
Yes, if it has not been 14 days since its shipment, its packaging has not been opened and the product is intact, you can return it and change it with a new product. However, you will be charged for the return.
It seems to me that the product I received is defective!
If it has not been 14 days since the product was shipped, return it to us at our expense. We will check it and if it proves to be defective, we will immediately replace it without any extra charge.
How do I return a product?
